Boston Scientific employees have a life insurance policy for all eligible employees which is automatically in place from date of joining if employees are under the age of 65. The company pays the premium of this benefit so there is no cost or charge to employees.


This benefit is payable to dependants as a lump sum of 4x salary. Additionally, employee’s retirement accounts would be made available to their dependants. We would encourage employees to complete an expression of wish form to give direction on how benefits be distributed to their dependants and amend at any time if circumstances change.
